With the recent weather we have been having in SW Florida I my older property had sprung a leak in the stucco and cement leading to water intrusion in my home and resultant mold growth. I tried reaching out to several remediation companies and either got no reply or was quoted an astronomical amount of money for a little bit of work. I finally found MoldRF and was pleased with then charging a third of the amount of the other guys and working with me on scheduling very closely. Their team was very professional, clean, and helpful. Veronica has been very attentive and helpful in answering questions regarding payment and the process. The team sent to my place were knowledgeable and helped me understand what I need to do for repairs post removal. *Note, this team does not do repairs in the same visit, just the demolition and clean up* Will 100% recommend to friends and neighbors

I am a Realtor on Fort Myers Beach and one of my clients needed to clean out all the furniture, appliances, etc., from a duplex, and the house taken down to the studs because of Hurricane Ian. Everything had to be taken out to the curb so FEMA could pick up. This company did it all! Quickly! The response from them was fantastic. I would highly recommend them for such important work.
